Take Back the Life You Love- What's in a Name

Although each of us is unique, we all possess similar aspects of our stories... Each day we wake up another day older... we change. We reminisce about the "good old days" and the times when our bodies and minds were sharp and capable. Now, with each passing day our bodies seem to fail us more and more, and we're often left with frustration about the things that we've lost or disappointment over how well we're able to perform physical tasks that were once simple. We've given up running because it "hurts our knees," golf because it "hurts our back," swimming because it "hurts our shoulders," and hiking because it "hurts our feet." We've all been there! Almost all of us have said in regards to aging, "When I turned __ years old I gave up" or we've heard someone tell us to, "just wait until you're my age."  Aging is a part of life BUT giving up the things you love does not have to be a part of your story.

This is the mission that T-Zero Physio was founded on and where the name comes from. Everyone has seen a NASA related movie where right before launch, command center begins counting down-- "The launch process has initiated and launch will begin in T minus 10...9...8..." What happens at "0" with the introduction of a "spark" is incredible. Prior to the spark there is potential energy stored in the the engines of the rocket but without the introduction of the spark that energy will just remain untapped potential. With the introduction of the spark that potential energy transitions into kinetic energy and we see lift off.

At T-Zero Physio we will be the spark that helps you move from untapped potential to realized potential and allows you to take back the life and activities you love. Most of us live in the figurative time between 10 and 1 but never allow ourselves to reach our true potential and get to T-Zero.

"Enhance Movement. Enhance Life."

"The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential... these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence." -- Confucius
