This is where we evaluate your injury and tend to your most immediate need, which is reducing the pain and opening the door for the rest of our process.
Once the pain is more under control, we begin to re-train the affected area. This part of the process is what allows us to strengthen the affected area and push you past the status quo of only healing part way.
You will learn new skills and training methods that improve your overall performance while learning tools to avoid re-injury. Your strength, power, mobility, endurance and balance will bring the affected area up to speed with the rest of your body.
This is where we put the re-trained area through different situations to see it’s ability to adapt and truly test the level of improvement. This is where those smiles of accomplishment seem to be non-stop as you get back to living your life better than before.
